Bay Grove Residences by Nakheel | 1-4BR Beachfront Apartments on Dubai Islands

Homes and sizes

One- to four-bedroom apartments plus a signature penthouse, from approximately 82 sqm (about 880 sq. ft.) for a one-bedroom upwards. Larger layouts add maid’s rooms, oversized balconies and double-volume living. Starting prices are from AED 2 million (indicative launch pricing).

As the final phase of an established waterfront district, much of the surrounding infrastructure is already delivered, giving buyers a clearer view of the finished address than on a brand-new island plot.

Payment plan and handover

A 70/30 plan: around 20% on booking, staged instalments during construction, and 30% on handover, indicated for Q3 2028. Nakheel’s launch material confirms the 70/30 structure; obtain the current dated milestone schedule and escrow details on the reservation form before committing.

• Landscaped podium gardens and a striking infinity pool
• Family and children’s pools
